Nugel-O Oral Suspension contains Alginic Acid, aluminum hydroxide, and Magnesium Trisilicate as active ingredients.

Nugel-O Oral Suspension works by decreasing postprandial upright gastroesophageal reflux; neutralizing the acids released in the stomach; neutralizing acid in the stomach;
